To ensure your appointment runs smoothly, please be sure to include the brand and type of appliance needing service when scheduling. It is essential to provide the model and serial numbers, preferably via a photo of the model tag.
During the appointment, having a smartphone with internet access (we suggest using a smartphone over a tablet for easier maneuverability in tight spaces) is necessary. Additionally, it’s recommended to have a Phillips head screwdriver (at least), a flashlight, and possibly towels on hand for the appointment.

However, it’s important to know that we don’t offer warranties for the work or diagnoses made by our virtual technicians, since they’re unable to perform hands-on testing or repairs.
