Note: Just a quick reminder for your upcoming appointment: it would be super helpful if you could gather and send us your model and serial number beforehand. If that's not possible, no worries—just make sure it's easily accessible during the appointment. If your appliance is a bit tricky to reach (we know they can be!), you might want to consider scheduling an in-person appointment or having someone on hand to lend a hand with moving it. Get Ready
Before your virtual diagnostic session with our technician, ensure you have the bear necessities – the essential gear needed for a productive session. Here’s a checklist of items you’ll need:

  • Smartphone Your virtual appointment will be conducted via Google Meet, where you’ll need to utilize your rear-facing camera.
  • Screwdriver At the very least, you’ll want to have a Philips Head #2 Screwdriver on hand, as it’s the most commonly used screw type in appliances. For some appliances, like microwaves, you might encounter specialty screws, so having a screwdriver with interchangeable heads would be a wise choice. We recommend the Pittsburg Ratcheting Screwdriver Set.
  • Flashlight Please make sure to have a small flashlight handy, preferably one that isn’t your smartphone, as different light angles may be required. Also, be sure your flashlight has fresh batteries.
  • Towels For appliances with water connections such as refrigerators, dishwashers, and washers, it’s a good idea to have a couple of towels nearby to clean up any spills.

Our virtual appliance repair consultation comes at a flat rate of $49, which is notably cheaper than your typical in-person repair service. With traditional in-person repairs, you’re not just paying for labor – there are travel expenses and other fees that can pile up fast. But with virtual appliance repair, many of these extra costs are taken out of the equation, allowing us to offer our services at a more affordable price point.
Yes, indeed! You’ll only need Google Meet for your appointment, and it’s a breeze to download. Plus, once your appointment wraps up, you can easily remove it. No need to fuss with setting up any accounts – we’ve got you covered!

To ensure your appointment runs smoothly, please be sure to include the brand and type of appliance needing service when scheduling. It is essential to provide the model and serial numbers, preferably via a photo of the model tag.

During the appointment, having a smartphone with internet access (we suggest using a smartphone over a tablet for easier maneuverability in tight spaces) is necessary. Additionally, it’s recommended to have a Phillips head screwdriver (at least), a flashlight, and possibly towels on hand for the appointment.

  • A certified trained technician will carefully review your intake form and run your model and serial number through several manufacturer-authorized and subscription-based databases. This check ensures we catch any manufacturer recalls, service bulletins, or known issues.
  • Our professional technician will discuss the problem you’re experiencing, ask additional questions if needed, and may need to see your appliance. They may walk you through a few tests to gather the necessary information for a professional diagnosis.
  • Following the assessment, the technician will offer expert guidance on your next steps. This may involve suggesting part replacements or, considering the appliance’s age and condition, advising on whether repairs are worthwhile.
  • There’s a chance the technician could guide you through the steps that resolve the issue.
  • Should you choose to proceed with our repair service, the cost of the virtual appointment will be deducted from the repair.
  • If you are a DIY kind of person, we’re happy to provide the necessary parts or assist you in sourcing them directly.
If the diagnosis requires specialized tools or heavy lifting, or you are just uneasy about handling the diagnostic yourself once you get started – don’t worry! We’ll convert your virtual appointment into an onsite one and apply your payment toward the onsite diagnosis fee.

At our virtual appliance repair service, we’re dedicated to providing quality and professional service to our customers. However, it’s important to know that we don’t offer warranties for the work or diagnoses made by our virtual technicians, since they’re unable to perform hands-on testing or repairs.

If you’re looking for extra assurance with your repair or diagnosis, we’re more than happy to set up an onsite service with one of our local trained technicians. They’ll conduct a thorough inspection of your appliance to ensure the best possible outcome. Plus, our onsite diagnoses come with a 30-day guarantee, and we provide a 1-year warranty on parts and labor for our repairs.

As we launch this exciting new program, we’re starting with morning appointments. However, as interest in this service grows, we’ll be expanding our hours to better accommodate our clients’ needs. Your feedback and support are invaluable as we strive to provide the best service possible.
We’re pleased to offer discounts for multiple appliances. The first appliance diagnostic is priced at $49. For the second and third appliances, we offer a discounted rate of $45 each. If you have 4 to 6 appliances, each additional unit will be $42. For more than 6 appliances, each extra appliance beyond the first will be $40 each. Additionally, we allocate an extra 15-20 minutes for each additional appliance to ensure thorough attention to detail.
If you find yourself needing to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we understand things come up! Please keep in mind that cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment unfortunately do not qualify for a refund. However, if you cancel before this time frame, you’ll receive a full refund. Alternatively, you’re welcome to reschedule your appointment, and any fees paid will be applied to your next booking. We kindly ask that you notify us at least a day prior to your appointment so we can accommodate other customers during that time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
