Back in 1950, we embarked on our journey with a stroke of luck – our very first clients were schools. It was a perfect fit: residential kitchen appliances in the "home economics" area and commercial-grade equipment in the cafeteria. And just like that, our two divisions of repair service, residential and commercial, were born.

This unique setup has allowed us to cater to clients with specific needs, filling the gap where standard residential or commercial-only companies might fall short. We pride ourselves on being able to step in where others can't or won't.

One of our proudest moments came in the early 90s when our owner, James, forged a partnership with Labconco. This collaboration enabled us to expand our services to include biomedical equipment. Serving laboratories and hospitals isn't just a job for us; it's a responsibility we take seriously. Ensuring that medicine remains safe and research continues uninterrupted is at the core of what we do, and we're dedicated to accommodating the unique processes of our clients.
