3 Things to Do for Easter in Chicago

Easter is always something special in Chicago. Many families will be out eating brunch or trying their luck at annual Easter egg hunts. Here are 3 events we’re excited about this spring.

Ninth Annual Bunny Rock Chicago 5K and Kid’s Egg Hunt:

Do you love running and 80s music? Head to Montrose Harbor for this festive race. In addition to the golden oldies playing at the start and finish line, everyone will get to bring home some fun stuff. If you’re a runner, you’ll be able to pick up your own pair of bunny ears, along with neon sunglasses, and a dri-fit unisex t-shirt. There’s also a medal for everyone who finishes. The Kids Egg Hunt for ages 2 to 10 starts after the race, complete with a petting zoo and photo opportunities with the Easter Bunny. Kids also receive bunny ears and sunglasses, plus a basket for their eggs. (Saturday, April 20 – the race starts at 9 am and the egg hunt starts at 10:15 am – registration starts at $44.75 for the race and $15 for the Egg Hunt)
