TECH: DACOR WARRANTY - ASR Model# DDW24T999BB/DA Serial# 0F42GDAN200035B Issue reported: Dishwasher is not cleaning dishes well. Not removing all the food. (LP) Labor: (07.07.2022) Part: (07.07.2022) Contacted tech support.. found PC error code. Customer will have to use cascade platinum.. also raise water temp. PC error code will require a door assembly replacement because of shorted wire harness. At the time of s service..old door removed.. replaced new door.. tested..ok..no leaks.. This door assembly does not come w an outer panel as customer has designer panel. Manufacturer recommend customer raise hot water temp. And use Cascade Platinum for soap.. NOT "Kirkland" brand.
