Freezer door was open about 3/8 of an inch ask customer how long he had mountains of frosting and ice in the freezer he said since summer I asked him how long the doors been open he said I guess since summer put into manual defrost defrosters are working removed a couple of chunks of ice and door closed evaporator fan is now running.

KENMORE Washer 110.47081601 was making a bad noise when it spins. Tech found that the rear bearing is gone/ bad. It's grinding the front tub. Front of tub is wearing. Contacted Pivotal Home Warranty and recommended replacement since it was not cost-effective to repair.
