Kenmore Refrigerator: Possible mechanical failure in unit (get better problem description makes no sense..) / Inspected unit. Customer states the water will not dispense properly. Found connector not seated on switch causing issue. Reseated connector and tested ok.

Installed air handler kit, metal shroud isn't fitting called tech support has to cut liner and rtv seal it to make evap core fit around shroud. It's not fitting like original. Had to fight to get ice room back together. Unit working as designed with updated air handler kit.

Inspected unit. Found an improper installation. Frigidaire sent side mount kit to customer. Installed side mount kit and properly secured the unit. Cycled unit and checked all connections. No leaks found. Also advised customer on running hot water and using rinse aid for drying. All checks ok. Customer had scraps on drywall caused by improper install. Not caused by AAA.
