To start, provide your zip code, appliance type and brand, and preferred appointment time. Once matched with a qualified technician, you’ll need to provide your address, contact information, model and serial number, and a detailed description of the problem. We offer same-day and emergency repairs when possible, especially for commercial customers. Our Saturday appointments are available at no extra cost.

On the day of your appointment:

Our technicians will use floor glides, tape, and moving blankets to protect your home. They may wear protective gear such as eye protection, masks, and gloves to ensure safety. We always provide an estimate for your approval before proceeding with any repairs.

After Your Appointment

Once the service is complete, you will receive copies of your service history via email. We keep you updated with automated notifications if further steps are needed, such as authorization from a warranty company or ordering parts. If the part has shipped, a restocking fee may apply. For labor charges, we use the Blue Book for Appliance Repair, a national price guide that ensures fair and transparent pricing based on the specific job or parts that need to be replaced. This standardizes our pricing, so you know you’re getting a fair rate.
Part pricing is set by the manufacturers, and we only work with authorized distributors to ensure quality and authenticity. For warranty repairs, parts are often shipped directly to you, except for large items like doors or tubs, which we handle ourselves.
You are welcome to provide your own parts for repairs. However, please note that we cannot offer a warranty on repairs using customer-supplied parts. Our commitment to quality means we prefer using OEM parts to guarantee the longevity and reliability of the repair.

The service call charge is more than a fee for the 30 minutes on-site. It encompasses the years of experience and expertise of our technicians, ensuring you receive top-notch service. Here’s what it covers:

  • Transportation Costs: This includes the vehicle, fuel, tolls, and insurance coverages required to get the technician to your home.

  • Advanced Diagnostic Tools: Thousands of dollars are invested in electronic devices and subscriptions to manufacturers for technical access to diagnose your appliance accurately.

Sometimes, it’s not worth repairing an appliance, and our service call charge covers the costs of providing a professional assessment. We cannot offer this service for free, which is standard in the appliance repair industry. Rest assured, our goal is to provide honest and reliable service, ensuring your appliances are back to normal!
