What do I need to schedule SpeedQueen Warranty Service?
✔ A photo of the model and serial tag
✔ Proof of purchase
✔ A brief description of the problem
✔ Your Speed Queen claim number (if one has already been provided)
What if I don’ t have a Claim Number?
That’s okay.
In many cases, we can still help. A photo of the model tag and proof of purchase is often enough for us to review the next steps and help determine what warranty coverage may be available.
Why do I need my proof of purchase?
Here’s one tip we wish every appliance owner knew: Keep your proof of purchase for the life of the appliance.
Many warranty claims require verification of the original purchase date. Having a copy of your receipt can save time, avoid frustration, and help prevent unnecessary out-of-pocket costs.
If your receipt has disappeared into a mountain of emails or paperwork, don’t panic. Many retailers can provide a duplicate copy of your purchase record.
The benefit of having a Speed Queen is that often the serial number is enough for them to validate and guarantee your warranty.
Can you authorize an exchange or replacement?
No. As an authorized Speed Queen service provider, our role is to diagnose the appliance, perform approved repairs, and document any issues that may affect warranty coverage.
If an appliance may qualify for additional warranty review, we’ll gather the necessary information and submit it to Speed Queen. Speed Queen reviews the claim and determines whether a repair, exchange, replacement, or other warranty solution is appropriate.
We’ll help guide you through the process and keep you informed along the way.
What Is the Warranty Coverage on My Speed Queen Laundry Appliance in My Home?
Speed Queen offers some of the strongest warranties in the appliance industry. Warranty coverage varies by model and purchase date. Many residential Speed Queen washers and dryers include 3, 5, or 7 years of warranty coverage, and promotional warranty extensions may be available on select models.
The easiest way to determine your warranty status is to have your model number, serial number, and proof of purchase available. We can help you identify your model and explain what coverage may apply.
What Does the Speed Queen Commercial Warranty Cover?
Warranty coverage varies by model, installation type, and purchase date. Many commercial and coin-operated Speed Queen washers and dryers include coverage on replacement parts, with some models offering up to three years of parts coverage.
A warranty-covered part does not always mean a completely free repair. Travel, diagnosis, labor, shipping, and other repair-related costs may still apply.

Why Do I Have To Pay For A Service Call If My Commercial Speed Queen Appliance Is Under Warranty?
Commercial warranty coverage often covers specific replacement parts but may not cover travel, diagnosis, labor, shipping, or installation costs.
We collect the service call fee when scheduling the appointment to cover travel to your location and diagnosis by a technician. If additional repairs are needed, we’ll explain the costs and obtain approval before moving forward.
